When a deficiency occurs, a new M2Desk is directly sent as a substitute. De courier will take the failing M2Desk tabletop back for reparation immediately when offering the new substituting M2Desk tabletop. Additionally, every school will have one M2Desk tabletop set aside for each classroom, in order to make a quick change possible.
